The Perceptics Foundation helps Perceptics employees make a bigger impact in the community by mulitplying the employees's donations to charity and providing funds to charity organizations for the volunteer hours a Perceptics employee serves.
Pilot Flying J believes it is essential to give back to the community. The spirit of community and philanthropy was established by their founder, Mr. James A. Haslam II, when the company first began in 1958. Their employees take part in giving of their time, talents, and efforts to the many deserving organizations they work with throughout the year. Together they work to make our communities better places to work, play, and live. Through their Pilot Volunteers program their goal is to encourage and allow employees the time and opportunity to give to the organization that matters most to them. For that reason, every employee receives one full day off a year specifically for volunteer service. Through financial contributions as well as volunteer leadership, Pilot Flying J is committed to creating a vibrant, healthy community and an enviable quality of life. They believe in developing meaningful relationships with and investing in local and regional non-profit and charitable organizations whose missions and work aligns with our values and priorities.
